If you're selling a home in Southern California before relocating, Chris and Andrea will manage the sale of your current home while helping coordinate with an experienced real estate professional in your destination city. We stay involved throughout the process to help keep communication flowing between everyone involved and make the transition as smooth as possible.

Our goal is to make the move feel like one coordinated transaction instead of two separate transactions taking place hundreds or thousands of miles apart.

 PCS stands for Permanent Change of Station. It's an official military relocation from one duty station to another. A PCS may involve buying a home, selling a home, or coordinating both at the same time. We work with military families throughout the relocation process to help keep the real estate portion of the move organized and on schedule. 

Absolutely. Many of our clients are selling one home while purchasing another. We help coordinate the timing of both transactions so you understand what happens next and can plan your move with confidence. 

If you're moving outside Southern California, Chris and Andrea can help connect you with an experienced real estate professional in your destination market. We don't simply pull a name from a directory. We take the time to understand where you're moving, the type of property you're buying or selling, and your specific needs before making an introduction.

Relationships matter. We look for experienced agents with strong local knowledge, a solid reputation, good communication, and experience with the type of property you're buying or selling. Before making an introduction, we personally speak with the agent so we're comfortable recommending them to our clients. 

Yes. While your local agent will handle the transaction in the new area, Chris and Andrea remain available to help coordinate communication and timing whenever needed. Our goal is to make sure the transition between both transactions goes as smoothly as possible. 

 No. There is no additional fee for helping coordinate your move or introducing you to another real estate professional. If there is a broker-to-broker referral agreement between brokerages, it does not create an additional cost for you.

Yes. Many of our clients are relocating for retirement, downsizing, or to be closer to family. Whether you're leaving Southern California or moving here, we'll help coordinate the real estate portion of your transition. 

Yes. Whether you're transferring within California or moving from another state, we'll help coordinate the timing of your move, assist with buying or selling, and work with the other professionals involved to help keep everything on track.

If you're relocating, it's helpful to begin planning as soon as you know your move is likely. Early planning provides time to understand your local market, determine the value of your current home if you're selling, discuss financing if you're buying, establish a realistic timeline and coordinate inspections, moving companies and other details before the move becomes rushed.

Military relocations, corporate transfers and retirement moves often have firm deadlines. Starting early gives you more options and allows everyone involved to prepare for a smoother transaction.

 Yes. Over the years, we've built relationships with many of the professionals people commonly need during a move. Depending on your situation, we may be able to recommend local lenders, movers, escrow companies, home inspectors, contractors, estate clean-out services, junk removal companies and other trusted professionals.
